The name of this ministry came out of Hagar's narrative found in the book of Genesis. She said "You are the GOD who sees me".
All women at one point or another have felt under valued, under appreciated, over worked, and over looked. These were some of Hagar's feelings as she sat under a tree ready to give up hope. But God has always had His eyes on his daughters. God values you! God appreciates you! God gives rest! and He never ignores you!

I.C.U. is the mentorship ministry of I SEE YOU. This program is to assist women to get to their "next" level. The women in this program meet four times a month with the express purpose to develop into the women they were designed to be. You will be challenged in this group, loved for who you are, and changed by the power of God's word and prayer.
What to Expect
Four Season Women as Mentors with over 100 years of combined ministry/life/business experience (Titus 2:4,5).
6 Zoom group sessions per quarter.
6 Zoom or In-Person individual sessions with selected Mentor per quarter.

No woman should do life alone. RVM Mentorship offers each woman a tribe to which she belongs. The tribe includes women from different locations, backgrounds, and experiences.
